Premium Grade Salmon
Recognized for its high Omega-3 content, we use only premium grade salmon that we lightly salt and then smoke using our homemade blend of maple and fruit wood from the St. Lawrence Valley. Our salmon is infused with the subtle taste of the land of maple syrup, which will assuredly please the finest connoisseur.

Bleumer only uses premium salmon of the highest standards for the production of its smoked salmon products. We exclusively use “Sushi Grade” salmon filets to produce our delicate smoked salmon. Directly from the ocean to the processing plant, the “sushi grade” salmon is transformed into perfectly trimmed filets, vacuumed packed and blast frozen on site, all in less than 8 hours. From the sea to the freezer in the same day. This “sushi grade” process guaranties the highest standards of quality in ready-to-eat cold smoked salmon. The salmon we use is fresher than fresh!
